The candidate has worked for medium to large freight forwarders within commercial based positions and Branch Management roles. The candidate’s leadership style is a focus for coaching and developing staff members whilst implementing positive reinforcement. The candidate holds their Dangerous Goods Certificate in both Air and Sea, alongside is a Certified CargoWise User.
Whilst being highly experienced across sea freight, air freight, warehousing, perishables, imports, exports and sales whilst being very commercial focused, this candidates strengths are within increasing profit and mentoring and developing staff members.
