The candidate’s biggest strengths are operational, continuous improvement and strategic planning whilst having experience leading teams of up to 6 directs and 200 + indirect.
Overall industry exposure:
Equipment hire, transport, warehousing, linehaul, people management, safety, compliance, operational and planning.
Additional strengths:
P&L improvement, coaching and upskilling staff, rostering, project management, recruitment, risk assessments and analysing data.
Proficient with using the following systems, MT Data, Excel, SAP, and an understanding with EBITDA and gross profits.
The candidate is hands on, motivated, highly experienced and knowledgeable, working in both small to large organisations, supporting with overall business improvement.

Salary expectation: 135k – 145k + super + fuel card / vehicle
