We’re looking for a Welder who’s not just good at their trade, but reliable, switched-on, and ready to hit the ground running. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work and thrives in a workshop setting, you’ll fit right in with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- MIG welding, oxy cutting, and steel fabrication
- Reading and interpreting detailed workshop drawings
- Tackling jobs independently and problem-solving on the fly
- Ensuring your welds meet AS 1554 standards
Who We’re After:
- At least 2 years’ experience in heavy structural steel
- Trade qualified (ideally)
- Good literacy and numeracy (you’ll need to follow plans and measurements closely)
- You turn up on time, every time – reliability is key
- A team player who gets the job done without constant supervision
